Descripción y detalle de las actividadesManage all aspects of the quality function, includes leadership of the quality team for current production and all APQP activities for new product launches. Lead/Support all customer communications and corrective actions. Assure all quality systems are present and followed to support the quality and operational goals. Defines the short-term tactical and long-term strategic quality vision, aligning initiatives with overall business objectives- Assure direct staff resources are present and effective to support all duties- Coordinate direct report goals to support overall business unit objectives- Coordinates and facilitates cross functional teams to continuously improve the company’s quality scorecard goals such as internal and external PPM’s, customers complaints, etc. so as to achieve 100% customer quality satisfaction and zero defects- Directs and coordinates all QMS elements and the APQP functions, which fall under the Quality function- Ensure compliance through leading and participating in the Internal Audit function- Sets quality objectives and drives continuous improvement in system effectiveness and efficiency- Responsible for all customer complaints and issues related to product quality- Responsible for appropriate resource allocation such as: customer contact, initial response, and containment; root cause analysis, corrective action, and verification: on-site- Ensure ongoing compliance to all customer requirements as well as Quality System requirements.- Oversee the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and spearhead the integration of Quality 4.0 strategies- Support failure analysis in various contexts (Warranty, In-plant, and Test)- Effectively communicate with customers on all aspects of deliveries- Ensure compliance with EHS, FP, and environmental protection regulations- Responsible for the execution of the company’s risk management in compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirementsExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor´s degree in a technical field- Ability to fluently speak and write in the English language- Advanced knowledge, internal informational system- Knowledge of statistic methods - SPC, FMEA, 8D report- Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16929 quality management system standards. Certified IATF Auditor is preferred- Knowledge of Product and Process Audit VDA 6.3- Knowledge of customer requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP systems.- 2 years of experience to be considered.
