DESCRIPCIóNEn Global Executive estamos buscando un Director de Merchandising Beauty dedicado a empresas multimarca y / o multicategoria, que haya liderado al menos 50 marcas. Para el sector de retailers de una empresa que está expandiéndose a México. Este perfil debe tener la capacidad de adaptarse rápidamente, ser proactivo y tener comunicación asertiva.**Sus principales funciones**:- Atraer a los consumidores a las tiendas físicas mediante tácticas operacionales y de marketing. Esto incluye una visión crítica y estética para garantizar que las tiendas estén visualmente atractivas.- Involucrar la ejecución de estrategias tácticas para mejorar el tráfico y la conciencia de marca, gestionando el calendario de comunicación, campañas visuales, merchandising y la producción de materiales en la tienda.- Colaborar con equipos internos y externos, incluidos otros equipos en Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica, para optimizar las mejores prácticas y aplicar experiências previas en diferentes mercados.- Planificar el posicionamiento de la marca, asegurándose de que el producto esté bien colocado y maximizado cada categoría de la marca (perfume, maquillaje, cosméticos, tratamiento y piel, etc..**Requisitos**:- Nível mínimo de Licenciatura en las carreras de Mercadotecnia, Publicidad, Diseño gráfico, Administración de Empresas o afín.- Experiência de entre 15 y 20 años de experiência en Merchansiging.- Experiência sólida en retailers multimarcas y branding.**Cualidades Personales**:- Perfil proactivo y con un fuerte deseo por desarrollarse en su área de trabajo.- Alta capacidad de adaptación y negociación, y con gran capacidad para resolver desafíos.- Capacidad de coordinar acciones tácticas en canales digitales y físicos, asegurando la correcta implementación de estrategias visuales, como el diseño y montaje de vitrinas, posters y materiales promocionales que optimicen la experiência en tienda.- Mantener un sentido estético agudo, capaz de crear ambientes visuales llamativos, usando elementos como material POP, ventanas, carteles y decoración de tiendas. Esto debe alinearse con un estándar de marca alto.- Capaz de entablar conversaciones y mantener relaciones, actitud alegre y fresca.
