Find your future with us.**Boeing Mexico Service** Company is seeking a **Senior** **Supplier Quality Specialist**, reporting to the Regional Supplier Quality Manager, to join our team in **Tijuana**, Mexico**. This is a virtual based position that will be working with suppliers and Boeing stakeholders conducting site visits, product and systems verifications, audits, and will support the implementation and verification of Corrective Action and Quality Improvement plans.The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Supplier Quality organization is responsible for oversight of the suppliers’ QMS, evaluating product quality improvement plans and driving cross functional joint efforts in the right direction. Our role responsibility is based on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR), down through the Boeing Production Certificate, our QMS and our contracts with our suppliers, to ensure that all of our products meet our type designs and get there with proper compliance.**Position Responsibilities**:- Leads audits and assessments of complex supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents and reports audit and assessment results.- Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers.- Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work.- Provides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.- Develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity.**Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:- 7+ years’ experience of conducting/leading Quality Management Systems (QMS) Audits- 7+ years’ experience of conducting Quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments- 7+ years’ experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally primarily to the US up to 50% of the time- Fluent in both written and verbal English- Must be legally able to work in Mexico**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:- Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, AS9102, AS9138, AS9145 and AS9162- Hands on experience performing inspection activities of wire harness, mechanical and electromechanical details and assemblies- Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools- Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA- Leading or co-leading control builds or process validation builds- Experience with mixed technologies - machining, fabrication and assembly, electronics assembly, etc- Experience with contract, engineering specifications and drawing review**Typical Education and Experience**:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).**Relocation**:**Additional Information**:Please also submit a CV or resume written in English.**Export Control Requirements**:Not an export control position**Equal Opportunity Employer**:We are an equal opportunity employer.
