Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.We are growing and looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.**Responsibilities**- Ideate strategies for innovative retention and loyalty programs to improve customer lifetime value (CLV), increase loyalty and reduce churn rates.- Lead and coordinate inter capability tasks: team management, sales, marketing and technology collaboration to guarantee an efficient CRM performance.- Lead the collaboration with the creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.- Lead the collaboration with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success, including tagging strategies.- Analyse campaign and data results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations**Qualifications**- +4 years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions (Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, Microsoft Dynamics)- Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently- A motivated self starter- Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)- High level of attention to detail**Additional Information**Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.Savings fund: You'll save 5% of your monthly income and Jellyfish will contribute the same amount you save to your savings fund.Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days.Growth, Your Way: Access to LinkedIn Learning**with unlimited online courses.Health Insurance: We provide a private health insurance policy that includes visual and dental plan coverage.#LI-Hybrid
