LOOKING FOR A NPI BUYER IN SALTILLO AREA.**Responsibilities**:- Sourcing: Lead and manage all steps in the sourcing process (Request for Quotes RFQ, change management, contract negotiations, dispute resolutions etc.).- New Product Introduction: Lead all sourcing and procurement activities in support of NPI programs to ensure successful product launches with emphasis on source selection, supplier engagement, contract negotiations.- Contract Management & Negotiation: Lead and participate in sessions for contract closure with new or actual suppliers.- Reporting & Analysis: Able to perform analysis through data consolidation.- System Support: Assist corporate team with PO processing, Material data, Price updates and Supplier set up.**Skills**:Commercial awarenessNegotiating skillsKnowledge of contract terms and conditionsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for assigned categoriesHighly motivated individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities and working independently.Demonstrated leadership, organization, planning and team skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno mixtoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Teléfono de la empresa- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Compras Directas: 4 años (Obligatorio)- NPI: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
