In this role, you'll be at the forefront of financial analysis projects, guiding strategic business decisions and fostering positive client relationships. If you are looking for a challenge where your technical expertise is valued and your leadership acumen can shine, let’s talk**You Value: Discipline, Relationships, Teamwork**As a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will:- Lead multiple client engagements across diverse industries, ensuring efficient financial operations.- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to drive insightful recommendations for clients.- Manage monthly reporting processes and present findings to executive leadership teams and boards of directors.- Develop innovative solutions for investment, sourcing, and cost reduction, contributing to clients' growth and success.- Mentor and train finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.- Strong modeling background and exceptional attention to detail.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.**Preferred**:- Master's degree in finance or related field.- Experience in a small, high-growth company or professional services firm.- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and experience working with multiple clients.Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Data modeling: 5 years (required)- Microsoft Excel: 5 years (preferred)- Financial planning: 5 years (required)Work Location: Remote
