General Accountant

In this role you will be in tasked with the recording journals, preparing account reconciliations, and other financial reporting tasks. You will be the in charge of ensuring transactions are recorded timely and accurate manner.The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:**Expected Responsibilities**:- Responsible for preparation of journal entries necessary to complete the financial close.- Responsible for account reconciliations to ensure balances are properly supported.- Assist with preparing support for annual financial statement audit.- Prepare Reporting/Metrics for Accounting Manager.- Collaborate with team members to help with overflow and cover absences.- Adapt to and embrace process improvements.- AdHoc Tasks/Projects as needed.**Qualifications**:- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, from an accredited college.- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.- Strong written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management inside and outside the organization- Experience working in different currencies- Experience with Salesforce and Adaptive Insight a plus.- Experience maintaining sensitive data a plus.- Attention to detail, planning, prioritizing work, and multitasking are key.**IF INTERESTED IN THE ROLE PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH.**- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups.
