LER TechForce is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to work in Mexico. This is a remote role that will require the engineer to come to Guadalajara once a quarter for a week at a time.Are you looking to work for a company that provides an innovative work environment, and your voice is heard? This is a remote role that will require quarterly trips to Guadalajara that will last 4 days each time.**Who we are**:For over 20 years LER has been working with customers across North America to meet their engineering resource challenges.Learn more about us (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedIn**What you will be doing**:- Will assist in developing and establishing quality assurance standards- Will be responsible for writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts- Independently create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts**What you will need to be successful**- Experience manual testing- Ability to communicate well with users and other technical team members- JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tool for management- Required Skills : -1-2 years of manual testing; specifically Acceptance, Functional, UI, and API (Postman) -Jira, Azure DevOps -Worked in Agile environment**What you'll get**:- Healthcare (Medical/Dental/Vision)- 401(k) Program w/ company match- Life Insurance and Disability- Paid Holidays- Vacation Time
