We look forward to sharing our excitement and success with you.**Functions and Duties**:As a business analyst, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of business objectives by ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. This role entails:- Gather and document business requirements.- Improve workflows and increase efficiency.- Analyze data for insights and mitigate risks.- Manage change processes.- Coordinate project delivery.**Requirements and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation, cleansing, and visualization.- Experience in modeling business processes.- Highly proficient English communication skills (A MUST).**Tool Requirements**:- **MUST**: High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Power BI- Other Products: Visio, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams- Project Management: Airtable, Jira, Azure- SQL Query Development.**Workspace Requirement**- Ability to perform remotely, while on live camera with office equipment (preferred).- Quality desktop or laptop computer with a good microphone and video camera.- Reliable Internet connection.**Workdays**:Monday - Friday**Time Range**:09:00 PST - 17:00 PST**Shift Duration**: 8 hours**Compensation**: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)**Work Location**: RemoteApplication Question(s):- How proficient are you in Microsoft Excel and Power BI?- Please provide your LinkedIn account:**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Business Analyst: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
