Spanish-chinese Interpreter

**JM PMS America** is a dynamic and growing company currently in the process of establishing a new manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico. We are committed to excellence in our operations and are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Interpreter/Assistant to support our company’s expansion efforts.We are looking for a Bilingual Interpreter/Assistant (Spanish/Chinese) to provide essential support to our CEO, upon his arrival in Monterrey. This full-time position will involve facilitating communication with various local stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and others as necessary as part of our factory establishment and planning process.**Key Responsibilities**:- Accompany our CEO during all business meetings and site visits to provide real-time interpretation and translation services in Spanish and Chinese.- Assist in communications with local suppliers, service providers, and government officials, facilitating dialogue and understanding across languages.- Help in organizing and scheduling meetings, managing daily agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.- Compile and report key information and updates to our team in China to facilitate ongoing projects and tasks.- Act as a cultural liaison, aiding in the navigation of local business practices and cultural nuances.**Requirements**:- Proficient in both Spanish and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong understanding of cultural nuances in both languages.- Experience in a similar role as an interpreter or assistant is highly preferred.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and factory operations is a plus.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Must be available to start in April and work full-time in Monterrey, Mexico.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**What We Offer**:- A competitive salary and benefits package.- The opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project from its inception.- A dynamic work environment where you can truly make a difference.- Career growth oportunities within the company that fits your career path, interest and experiences.**Application Process**:We look forward to welcoming a new member to our team who is enthusiastic about contributing to our success in MexicoPay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/04/2025
