We cover the whole learning delivery field, from 3rd party supply management, over learning administration, delivery management up to training delivery in all Nokia technology.**What you will learn and contribute to**Technical Instructor for Network Infrastructure (NI) is responsible for delivering multiple complex products, solutions, and technology training for Nokia’s Applications products and solutions. The primary target audiences for Applications training deliveries include Nokia customers, business partners, and employees. The training projects delivered by the Technical Instructor will include, but are not limited to, knowledge and information content covering product, solution, and technology introductions, overviews, engineering, installation, operations, administration, maintenance, and provisioning.Training sessions delivered by the Technical Instructor may be provided via multiple modes that include classroom, virtual classroom, and blended/hybrid, with remote lab access (for classroom and virtual modes) - at Nokia facilities and at customer-designated premises.The Technical Instructor provides courseware development/customization on a limitedbasis.As part of our team, you will:- Conduct training sessions independently.- Deliver basic/intermediate/advanced level and/or Pre-P8 learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods (Instructor Led Learning, Virtual Classroom, On-the-Job-Training, e-learning, assessment) to internal and external customers.- Responsible for complete learning solutions delivery - from initial courseware planning, analysis, and design; through learning solution validation, implementation, and evaluation.- Provide input to technical training delivery processes and policies.- Be accountable for maintaining the highest quality standards for all areas of training delivery.- Counsel less Technical Instructors about training delivery strategies and tactics, managing handout materials, leading knowledge checks and lab exercises, and classroom interventions.- Prepares and implements lesson plans, review exercises, and lab exercises.- Relate learning objectives to students’ job requirements and other learner needs.- Ensure that training courses contain the most pertinent and relevant information including updates to features, functionality, maintenance, trouble-clearing, and known issues.- Instruct participants in classroom lectures, review exercises, and laboratory sessions.- Interact with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for training content, modifications, and tailoring/customizing training materials to specific learner needs.- Solicit feedback from students on course materials, delivery effectiveness, and facility.- Work with development staff to improve courseware usability and quality.- May assist in performance analysis, training needs analysis, identifying training requirements, and developing/customizing to assure appropriate courseware content and structure.- Facilitate completion of surveys/evaluations/Feedback from participants.- Maintain industry knowledge to advise/consult training participants about aspects of Nokia Applications products and solutions in the service-provider environments.- Must coordinate and deliver training sessions that utilize equipment provided by Nokia customer's training equipment, or via remote equipment access methodologies.**Your skills and experience**You have:- Bachelor or master’s degree: Electronic and/or Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent degree.- To speak and write fluently: English- In addition Spanish and or Portuguese- Strong foundational knowledge of technologies like: Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM), Optical Transport Network (OTN), and Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching (GMPLS) as well as optical protection schemes and the operation of the higher level management systems like Network Service Platform (NSP) and Network Functions Manager Transport (NFMT
