Are you ready for this challenge?** - Come build the next Mexican Unicorn with us, while contributing towards a better planet****The Role**: as Birdman's International Trade and Supply Chain Analyst you will be the responsible of making sure that all the materials and resources that Birdmans acquires internationally get to our manufacturing facilities as timely, efficiently and economically as possible to feed the manufacturing and commercialisation processes. You will be responsible of optimizing and executing inbound supply chain agreements and operations as well as will be responsible for continuosuly monitoring active purchase orders within their logistic process to ensure they arrive on time. The role touches on multiple functions, including international logistics, trade, importations, supply chain optimization, certifications and regulatory compliance. If you are passionate aboute international trade supply chain, we are looking for you.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct all imports and inbound logistics processes to assure materials arrive on time.- Customs clearances (Import - Export ) for raw materials and finished products.- Track and trace shipments, both domestic and international.- Ensure compliance to government import/export regulations.- Assure the information declared in pedimento is correct before payment in order to mitigate compliance risks.- Control and follow up the final expenses, taxes and entry documents and create monthly reports.- Freight quotations and International logistics (LTL & FTL - air,ocean,land - ) knowledge.- Optimize supply chain arrangements and operations in regards to lead times, efficency and costs.**Requirements**:**Basic qualifications (must-haves)**:- Bachelor Degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business or a related field with an average GPA of 85/100. Extra points for academic excellence.- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and organizational skills.- Intermediate Excel knowledge.- 2 years of proven working experience in import and export areas and/or exceptional achievement academically or extracurricularly.- Solid knowledge on Customs process.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.**Desired qualifications (nice-to-haves)**:- Knwoledge of Food-related regulations (FDA, COFEPRIS, SAGARPA, SENASICA, SADER, SEMARNAT).- Experience working with ERPs.- Solid Incoterms knowledge.- Good negotiation abilities.- Use of business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau).**Benefits**- A high growth, inclusive and collaborative environment where all ideas are welcome, iteration is encouraged, and the best ideas are adopted.- Competitive compensation.- Above industry vacations to take time away from work and recharge.
