In this role your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.**This position reports to**:Production Development Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement with projects.- Previous experience with Software design.- 1 year of experience in similar positions.- Intermediate English level.**More about us**:
