**(POR CRECIMIENTO) - MERSEN DE MEXICO****Solicita**:**Sourcing Specialist EV****Descripción y Requisitos****Knowledge**:- Conduct market and supplier research for the purchasing categories under consideration.- Implements purchasing strategies approved by Purchasing Category Managers (PCMs) by addressing local needs and issues.- Ensures the deployment of the purchasing action plans, activity standards, tools, programs, and regulations of the Site in accordance with the code of ethics. Track performance using operational and outcome indicators.- Proposes cost saving plans and provides regular reports to analyze andencourage progress against these goals.- Organizes Requests for Proposals and negotiates from a legal and commercial point of view. Propose subcontracting to your direct manager.- Negotiates contracts within the limits of its responsibilities for a Site, or for various Sites, in the form of a Principal Buyer.- Participate in the Supplier Evaluation Program.- ** Relevant Sourcing experience in Automotive Direct Purchasing (Raw material and components).****Education**: Completed professional career (Preferably engineering)**Experience**: 5 to 10 years (Similar position, purchases and/or Materials).**Skills**: Bilingual, MS office, Inventories, JD Edward and Leadership.Puesto: Comprador**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
