Our people reflect the company values: Passion, Respect, Integrity and Discipline; we are looking for engaged individuals to join this diverse group, which manages ever-changing challenges.IT Buses Chassis Solutions SpecialistEvaluate, consult, design, develop and integrate specific solutions into our Buses Chassis Production Plant IT Platforms and Systems, through innovative and state-of-the-art approaches.Realization of concepts as IT project manager in the area of Global Chassis IT Strategy within Daimler Buses, aligning solutions for buses chassis productions facilities in Spain, India and Brazil.Including administration, maintenance and production support for different IT Backend Systems, Data Bases, Applications, Platforms and ERP Systems.We are looking for: IT Buses Chassis Solutions SpecialistIn this position, you will be in charge of:- Consulting, design and development of IT solutions:- Implementation and deployment of IT solutions, including interfaces, in accordance with Global Chassis IT Strategy within Daimler Buses and align with buses chassis productions facilities in Spain, India and Brazil.- Provide IT Consulting Services to productive departments within Buses Manufacturing Plant.- Administration Activities including; Documentation, Security Compliance, Problem Diagnosis and Resolution, Vendor Management, Testing, Production (CI/CD) and Maintenance Tasks for IT platforms and Systems.- Daimler Buses IT Strategy and Roadmap planning:- Analysis of new technologies, Derivation of IT Strategies for different modules and components pertaining to ERP, or other core IT Business Systems for Daimler Chassis Buses.- Leverage internal corporate existing internal IT solutions or develop own-FOSS-based-technology solutions to fulfill specific business cases across productive departments.- Observation of the IT market to oversee its development and integration with the IT Landscape of Daimler Buses.- Project management:- Leading and realization of complex IT Projects based on IT established methods of Daimler Buses Project management in the scope of the chassis plants within Daimler Buses.- Agile or Scrum project management approach- Business Case Approach- ERP Expert Material Management and Production Planning:- Functional Expert for Logistics and Production Planning- All process related with raw material, orders, good receipt, inventory, production sequence, scheduling and planning.- Take the necessary actions within the area, in order to contribute to the achievement and maintenance of certificates of quality, environmental, Legal, information technology or any other; as well as being required to maintain the confidentiality of Information Company or business.- Always addressed in strict accordance with local legislation and international law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as all policies and procedures established by Daimler applicable for the position.Training: IT System engineering or similar education.Specific knowledge: ERP, ERP Modules and Components, Backend Systems, RDBS, Integration, Project Management & Consulting Methods.Digitalization, Industry 4.0, BI, RPA, Cloud, Blockchain, machine learning, IoT, VR, data and prediction analytics.**Experience**:3 or more years of ERP, IT Platform, RDBS, or other Server-based Data Processing and Storage Systems consulting. Knowledge of processes and methods in different production areas; Detailed knowledge in ERP, Backend, API, IT platforms, Cloud and or other IT platforms and technologies; multiple years of experience in complex IT Projects with Project management methods (ideally certified).**Language**:Business fluent in Spanish and English written and verbal, German optional; customer orientation and strong communication skills, highly engaged, working in teams and strong stress resistance; willingness and flexibility to work international in the context of daily work.Working model: Hybrid
