Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability.- Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.- Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.- Experience in Medical Devices (desirable)The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Intermediate English- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.- Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.- Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.- Ensures compliance of standards.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceEM57Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
