Descripción de la publicación:**External Communications Coordinator LATAM**Do you want to be part of a high performing team and enjoy new challenges?”Aon is in the business of better decisions"At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support and implement external communication strategies to the Latin American market.- Coordinate and manage media relations, including contents, press releases, media inquiries and interviews.- Coordinate and manage public relations agencies across main Latin America markets.- Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Coordinate and manage LinkedIn executive profiles and institutional publications, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and business priorities.- Represent Latin America into global Social Media work groups, being a reference and a regional voice for best practices, metrics and guidance.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.- Proven experience in external communications, preferably within the Latin American market.- Proven experience in LinkedIn management.- Strong understanding of media landscape and cultural nuances in Latin America.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**How we support our colleagues**In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
