Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY PLANNING INTERN****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Internship**FUNCTION**: Operations**LOCATION**:Monterrey Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**Support the Planning and Logistics teams for Other Categories Products. In this role you will learn communication skills for example how to relate with suppliers and other internal Stakeholders. You will be responsible to support the team in Purchase Orders creation, Distribution of inventory in México so that the warehouses are covered with the necessary inventory to achieve the sales targets.The role is responsible for supporting the marketing function in supply planning.**Reports to**:Other categories SCH Manager**Reporting Level**:Internship**Geographic Scope**:DRBU**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Support the Planning and Logistics teams for Other Categories Products.- Follow up to Purchase Orders.- Ensure distribution to Distribution Centre preventing Out of Stock risks.- Creation of Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders.- Optimization and digitalization of planning processes.- Optimization of shipment frequencies.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have analytic skills?- Are you a proactive person?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Desire to develop a career in logistics.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).- Knowledge in Power BI.- Knowledge in tools like SAP / ECC.- Studies in Engineering.**BENEFICIAL**- Have schedule availability- Be an analytical person**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
