Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan changeWhat you’ll bring:* Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers* Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must* 1 year of sales experience. (Or excellent communications skills).* Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.
