Health, Safety, and Environment Leader Procter & Gamble Mexico is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Leader for the NAUCALPAN PLANT. If so, this is the perfect job for you We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist to ensure the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards at our Naucalpan facility. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with legal obligations related to health, safety, and the environment at the Naucalpan plant. Develop and implement HSE standards and protocols. Establish an auditing process to ensure ongoing maintenance of systems. Provide coaching and support to various departments to promote continuous improvement and ensure a safe working environment. Design and deploy training programs based on legal requirements and current regulations to inform all employees about safety practices. Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to address HSE issues and contribute to HSE governance within the organization. Job Qualifications Hard Skills Mastery of HSE technologies with 3 years of experience. Knowledge of legal obligations regarding health, safety, and environmental standards. English level B2. Experience in developing training programs. Soft Skills Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to promote a culture of safety. Collaborative mindset to work with different teams.
