Explore more about our open position for an Administrative Associate/Customer Service professional and be a key player in our continued industry success.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Oversee general ledger accounts, journal entries, and month-end close.- Manage vendor invoices, client billing, and payments.- Track inventory costs and collaborate with operations on cost allocation.- Analyze production costs and prepare financial statements.- Ensure financial processes align with relevant industry standards and regulations.- Assist in financial forecasts and variance analysis.- Help with internal and external audits and maintaining accurate financial documentation.**Skills**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong understanding of job costing and cost tracking for specific projects.- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with product-based companies- Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting- Advanced English (required)**Technology**:- QuickBooks Online, ERP (SAP), Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:9 am - 6 pm EST (1 hour lunch break)Pay: $17,390.00 - $23,190.00 per month**Language**:- Advanced English (required)
