Data Analytics Consultant

**What You’ll Do for Us**The Analyst key responsibilities are:- Analyze business analytical requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, data need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs. Further, to have more business acumen for its domain.- Work closely with the key stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate complex data analyzes into clear, actionable insights that support business strategies and informed decision-making.- Coordinate and develop data analytics products (new data ingestion, data processing ETL, data enhancements, master data, data integration, data visualization, advanced analytics models). Connect business process to data product functionality under the Company platform, which is Azure.- Develop logical data model based on business requirements to determine the completeness and quality of the information and process components (e.g., Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Models).- Engages with Data Product owners to define required data quality controls to deliver based on business requirements.- Day to day execution of the project development and implementation, so planning skills are required to control and follow up within the team.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- 2+ years of developing (hands-on) and managing data products from ingestion to operations.- Demonstrated experience using Power BI and/or other visualization tools, Python/PySpark and working with relational SQL databases.- Solid knowledge about what business questions can be solved with descriptive analytics and able to propose data model, visualization and E2E design (ETL, model construction and deployment) for a data analytics product using CRISP-DM methodology.- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience to define and build a data model and ETL process to extract, transform and make data available for the product (dashboard, model, other) in a complete way with quality and with User Experience methodologies.- Demonstrated experience in using Azure platform for Data and Analytics products specially focused in Data Services (Synapse, DynamoDB, Databricks, Glue, Data Lake, Redshift, PySpark etc.)- Experience in Agile\DevOps project methodology.- Ability to develop fast business acumen to understand business imperatives, to understand main KPI's the business function is trying to measure and with this understand the required data that can be used to fill this KPI's, with this also understand the quality and missing data.- Communication and negotiation skills are important as will require to manage the plan, identify risks and impacts and so communicate to stakeholders within and outside the organization.- Handles change management by understanding and planning for change required to happen to ensure implementation and adoption of new projects deployment within the domain of work.**What We Can Do for You**:- ** Purpose Driven**: Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.- ** Global Connections**: Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.- ** Community of** Belonging: We’re an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, lets you bring your best self to work.**Skills**Agile Methodology; Data Analytics; Business Intelligence (BI); Data Analysis; Business Needs; Change Management Methods; NegotiationPay Range Not Available
