All coupled with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has strong data analysis abilities and is comfortable with learning new skills and tools.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?You will be working with the SNKRS Manager to grow the sneaker culture community in Mexico through the SNKRS platform. You will build and execute seasonal Launch plans with the intent of serving both the consumer and the business goals. In addition, you will become an expert on the SNKRS platform, having deep knowledge of the digital capabilities and understanding how to maximize the channel and to elevate the consumer experience.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?As the SNKRS specialist, you will work cross functionally with the Business, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions at the Territory, Geo, and Global level to build and execute seasonal Launch plans. You will be reporting directly to the SNKRS manager.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKERequirements for this position include:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience- 2+ years of comparable digital experience, working on consumer-facing digital platforms (digital commerce or retail)- Strong proficiency with MS Excel- Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving- Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly- Strong English communication skills- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at onceNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
