DescripciónEmpresa manufacturera europea de inyección y moldeo de plástico para la industria de alimentos y bebidas y farmacéutica, con 30 años en México, busca Plant Manager en Toluca.Estará encargado de coordinar a los responsables de los procesos de calidad, mantenimiento, recursos humanos, producción, mejora continua, administración, almacenamiento y seguridad.Liderear proyecto de arranque de líneas de extrusión de plástico.Coordinar los recursos para la ejecución de los proyectos, servicios de las áreas soporte y cliente en la planta.Asegurar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de la información de la planta.Gestión y comunicación con Clientes externos.Planificación del personal y del talentoLidera la cultura de gestión del cambio y mejora continua**Requisitos**:**Escolaridad**: Ing. Industrial, Eléctrico, Electrónico, Mecatrónico, Mecánico, Administración de Empresas.**Experiência**: mínimo 5 años en funciones de gestión de recursos para manufactura como Gerente de Planta. mínimo de 3 años en proceso de transformación de plásticos (Deseable producción área de extrusión)Inglés avanzado.7 years
