**Main Responsibilities**:- Acts as key contact for allocated customers for national and crossborder land transportation services- Accepts and processes orders for handover to Operations- Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers- Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions- Passes on leads to Sales- Handles customer inquiries- Takes and handles any customer complaints; solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions- Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document collection**Knowledge and Abilities**:ü**Good knowledge for national and international land transportation service and business systems**ü**Good knowledge of Customer Service processes and systems TMS**ü**Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner**ü**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**ü**Good telephone and E-mail skills**ü**Commercial attitude**ü**Fluent English****Our Location is Salinas Victoria Nuevo Leon, near Penal Apodaca, Rotative Schedule: 15:00 to 23:00, please contact us for more information ****23:00 to 7:00**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedor con descuentoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
