**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a L3 Support Engineer to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**Day to Day job Duties**:Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testingParticipate in Requirements gathering, design and implementation by collaborating closely with all the stakeholdersWork on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous deliveryWork effectively in collaboration with other team membersImplement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirementsDevelop functions that automate provisioning and access management primary/secondary controlsDevelop functions that help improve user experienceProvide technical feedback and support to Development teamsPerform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actionsValidated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environmentUnderstanding of Agile principles will be added advantage.**Basic Qualifications**:Hands-on development experience in Core Java with at least 2 to 3 years of experienceShould have worked on 2 /3 Projects in Java tech stack.**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
