Emplacement : MX - Central Office - Santa FeReprésentant de l'acquisition des talents de Goodyear: SONIA NIETO**Primary Purpose of the Position**:Execute and operate environmental programs related to the protection of the environment, as well as comply with the regulations established by environmental legislation.Directly take care of the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.Ensure the proper operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:- To follow up on environmental protection programs and ensure that proposals and activities for research, studies and actions related to the environment are carried out.- To follow up to ensure that the legal provisions related to the prevention and control of the effects on the environment caused by the generation, transportation, storage, handling, treatment and final disposal of solid and industrial waste that are considered hazardous and non-hazardous are maintained.- Participate in environmental emergencies and contingencies in accordance with the environmental authority policies and programs established for this purpose, promoting a culture of prevention through a permanent training program for the communities.- Train and educate personnel on environmental issues, waste management, and organizational culture.- Give continuity to environmental programs, as well as energy conservation and sustainability programs.- Ensure the development of measures to maintain the environmental parameters to which we are obligated as a company.- Ensure the effectiveness of measures and mechanisms to combat and prevent air, soil and water pollution, establishing criteria and guidelines for the processing of environmental impact statements.- Knowledge and update in management and environmental legislation, Federal and State.- Support environmental operations, goals, projects and strategies, as well as assist in the development of the Factory's environmental culture and internal and external events;- Control environmental cost and EHS support; Environmental training, audits and inspections; Improvement projects.- Support in the analysis of Environmental Reports (effluents, water, atmospheric emissions); Monitoring and inspections in internal and external areas;- Support to Waste Vendor audits;- Control of environmental performance indicators and corporate reports; Training (Integration, Plant Optimization, etc.); monthly audit of contracted companies;- Support in the preparation of Environmental Procedures, Legal, ISO 14001, Internal Audits and Updating systems; Support in environmental reports and licenses; Support in the preparation of environmental reports and licenses; Support in the preparation of environmental reports and licenses.- Support in environmental reports and licenses;- General administrative activities related to the needs of the Environmental Department;- Plant chemical management, updating of HDS in the 3E Protec system and plant.- Actively participate in designated Plant Optimization activities (PEC Subcommittees, other pillars, etc.).**Education**:Engineering or bachelor's degree**Experience**:1 - 3 years**Knowledge**:Knowledge and update in environmental management and legislation, Federal and State.Troubleshooting methodology for corrective actions, preventive actions and continuous improvement and other pillars of Plant Optimization.5S´sOffice package basicEnglish level medium (talk, write, hear and reading)LI-SN1
