**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5001: Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**About the role**This position directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Industrial Engineering. Plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives and participates in the documentation of operations and procedures to ensure timely completion. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to improve Industrial Engineering effectiveness.- Maximize the utilization of human resources on production lines.- Standardize work processes across production lines.- Improve hourly production rates on production lines.**Key Responsibilities**- Analysis of production line capacity.- Cost optimization and management of productivity projects.- Optimization of human resources on production lines.- Creation and maintenance of work standards.**Requirements**:- 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.- Advanced English proficiency.- Proficiency in AutoCAD (including layouts and process flow).- Experience in Lean Manufacturing (standardized work, SMED, VSM, line balancing).- Knowledge and experience with problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, RedX).- Green Belt certification, with experience in implementing a real project.- Experience in resource capacity analysis.- Knowledge of Six Sigma.- Microsoft Office.- Availability for full-time work.- Master's degree (desirable).**Skills**- Teamwork.- Strong verbal communication skills.- Ability to make effective presentations.- Leadership.- Proactivity and focus on the work area.- Self-management.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
