Ingeniería química, Lic. ingeniería biotecnológica, Lic. ingeniería en alimentos o afín.Años y área de experiênciaMínimo 1 año de experiência en el proceso productivo, procesos de calidad, producción, envase, etc.IdiomaInglés intermedio.Conocimientos técnicosPaquetería Office - Excel intermedio, Power BI, manejo de SAP y data analytics.CompetenciasAmplia capacidad de solución de problemas, capacidad de trabajar sobre objetivos y bajo un esquema de presión de resultados y trabajo en equipo.Lugar de trabajoLago alberto, CDMX, México.Horario8 a 5 pm de lunes a viernesPropósito y actividades del puesto:Soporte en la operación en los equipos de la planta piloto para la elaboración de mosto, los procesos de fermentación y maduración de cerveza, filtración y envasado bajo los estándares de proceso y desarrollando los lineamientos aportados por la compañía (VPO)- Apoyar la operación de los equipos de proceso (muestreos, pesaje de cocimientos, transporte de muestras, esterilizaciones, etc. desde la elaboración hasta el envasado y los equipos de laboratorio siguiendo los estándares de operación).- Soportar los análisis fisicoquímicos de proceso y de laboratorio por medio de: inventario y caducidad de reactivos, calibraciones y mantenimiento de instrumentos para la ejecución dentro de la RPV y la Cervecería Modelo México.- Liderar la implementación y sostenibilidad de los pilares VPO del sistema de gestión integral u otros procesos designados por la gerencia aplicables en sus procesos.
