At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting Google as a **Partner Expertise Content Creator****Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Program Management: Oversee the Partner Expertise initiative, ensuring smooth operations, data analysis, and process improvements.- Communication & Coordination: Manage internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, program calendars, and meetings.- Process & Documentation: Maintain documentation, standardize organizational practices, and update resources related to Partner Expertise.- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, track key metrics, and support decision-making through dashboards and reports.- Content & Resource Development: Create and update program materials, including designation lists, guidelines, and internal documentation.**Skills & Qualifications**- Functional Skills:- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and cloud/enterprise products (preferred)- Technical Skills:- Experience with project management and content development- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and MS Office- Stakeholder management and process improvement- Experience:- 5-8 years in IT/software, with at least 2 years in the partner ecosystem- Education:- Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, Sales, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred)**Success Metrics**- Efficient onboarding and pipeline management- Successful market coverage for key partner segments- Effective program operations, reporting, and administration- Alignment of Expertise designations with new product/solution areas- Timely issue resolution and continuous documentation updates- Why Cognizant?_- Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide_- Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans_- Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package_- Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies_- We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment_- We invest in people and their wellbeing._- We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
