Senior Molding Process Technician

Look for opportunities to improve startup process every day. Stablish the best conditions to run production maximize quality requirements. Must solve problems than typically are not routine and require analysis, must work with limit supervision to get their goals on routine situations, provide training to lower-level employees. Responsible to leading daily operations, training delegating and reviewing the work of lower employees, and report daily status.**Are You Looking to**- Stablish a robust injection molding process and document it properly on Process Parameters Sheets.- Solve and determinate improvements opportunities in molds to avoid or reduce at maximum flash, porosity, bents conditions, and other conditions not acceptable for molding.- Work with TR to make the adjustments in the molds to reduce at maximum or eliminate defect in the pieces.- Implement new process to convert semi automatic molding process to automatic molding process, then conduct to reduce personal in the machines.- Starts and stops production runs.**Are You Ready to**- Keep control of molds availability and condition.The develop of this position it is not limited to the accomplish of the activities wrote in the essential duties and responsibilities, some activities not mentioned could be assigned by their immediately supervisor according with their ability, preparation, and experience.- The develop of this position it is not limited to the accomplish of the activities wrote in the essential duties and responsibilities, some activities not mentioned could be assigned by their immediately supervisor according with their ability, preparation, and experience.**What You’ll Need**- Employee must have 10 years’ experience as process technician ascertainable.- Strong knowledge in different types of molds, resins, and their functions, use of sprue picker, and tools on the molding machine.- Computer skills, excel program principally.**What You’ll Get**- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Additional perks like food basket, glasses, and Christmas bonus.**Job opportunity**Bel will only employ people who are legally authorized to work in Mexico.
