**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Transition Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**COPPEL****Transition Manager Responsibilities**:- Coordinating transition activity, covering aspects such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.- Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.- Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.- Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes, new financial protocols, policies etc.- Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.- Establishing and ensuring that appropriate TTM processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications )- Ensure products and services are delivered within the Transition and Transformation within schedule, scope and budget and meet the required level of quality- Conversant with service management and delivery best practices- Knowledge of IT structure and functions within the Orgn and the services and product set- Broad understanding of Technology strategy, design and business direction- Facilitate service-related issue resolution and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle- Understanding of business area risk and the Technology area risk for the transition- Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.- Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.- Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes.- Ensure appropriate reporting and analysis via KPI's and metrics using ServiceNow or as defined.**Transition Manager Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or a similar field.- At least 5-7 years' experience in transition management.- Solid knowledge of transition management software, such as XenonRTM and Jira.- Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong analytical skills.- Good time management and organizational skills.- Excellent managerial skills.**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
