Descripción y detalle de las actividades- **Planning and Scheduling**:Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities. Ensure that all maintenance activities are planned to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.- **Coordination**:Collaborate with the maintenance team, production staff, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities. Ensure that all necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are available when needed.- **Documentation**:Utilize CMMS to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment histories. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.- **Preventive Maintenance**:Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of equipment failures and extend the lifespan of assets.- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and supplies. Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to support maintenance activities without excessive stockpiling.- **Compliance**:Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues.- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures.
