Key Responsibilities Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries. Support resolution of employee concerns in line with company policies and labor laws. Talent Management & Engagement: Assist in implementing engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Performance Management: Help coordinate performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers. Track and report on performance metrics and development plans. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Assist in policy implementation and communicate updates to employees. Data & Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making. Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement scores. Attrition & Retention Monitor and report voluntary attrition rate. Contribution to retention strategies (e.g., number of initiatives executed). Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (internship or entry-level HR roles preferred). Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Customer-focused mindset. Adaptability and willingness to learn. Team collaboration and relationship building.
