The HMO Site Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of DYADlaw’s Hermosillo office. This role ensures that all on-site staff adhere to company processes, maintain high levels of professionalism, meet performance expectations, and demonstrate excellent attendance and conduct. The HMO Site Manager acts as a leadership presence in the office, working cross-functionally with department leads, HR, and U.S.based leadership to drive accountability, team cohesion, and operational excellence.**Compensation**:$38,750 - $65,000 yearly**Responsibilities**:Include, but are not limited to:- Monitor adherence to firm processes and ensure consistency in execution across departments.- Support and hold team members accountable to performance expectations, behavioral standards, and attendance policies.- Serve as the first line of leadership for real-time coaching, conflict resolution, and issue escalation.- Conduct on-site check-ins, document observations, and share regular reports with Directors and department heads.- Foster a positive work environment and team culture centered on respect, communication, and accountability.- Collaborate with HR and department leads to support onboarding, training, and performance feedback.- Assist in coordinating in-office events, team meetings, or operational updates.- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency and morale.**Qualifications**:The following includes the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements necessary to perform this position.- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or operational leadership role.- Proven ability to manage people, address performance concerns, and enforce policy with professionalism.- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting.- Comfortable giving direct feedback, redirecting behavior, and de-escalating workplace concerns.- Familiarity with HR practices, timekeeping systems, or performance tracking is a plus.- Experience working in a structured or compliance-driven environment preferred.- Tech-savvy; able to navigate internal platforms and reporting tools.- Self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy with high emotional intelligence.**About Company**DYADlaw, P.C. is a forward-thinking law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each client.
