**Vacante para la empresa RH HUNTING en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:**Empresa tecnológica líder a nível mundial, solicita PRODUCT MANAGER FOR HOME** **APPLIANCES****ZONA A LABORAR**: Insurgentes Sur, CDMX.- **REQUISITOS**:Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Marketing o afín.Experiência a partir de 3 años en gestión de productos electrodomésticos dentro de la industria.Experiência en productos como lavadoras y refrigeradores (deseable).Experiência en procesos de desarrollo de productos y en gestión de proyectos.Dominio de inglés avanzado conversacional (indispensable).Conocimiento en análisis de datos.Conocimiento en redacción de documentos PRD e informes de análisis de mercado.- **FUNCIONES**:Investigar tendencias del mercado, competencia y necesidades de consumidores para definir estrategias de producto y mejorar los existentes.Establecer especificaciones, funciones y mercados objetivos del producto en función de la investigación de mercado.Coordinar con el departamento de I+D para el desarrollo de nuevos productosGestionar el proceso completo de desarrollo. de productos.Planificar y ejecutar lanzamientos de productos, en coordinación con marketing y ventas.Supervisar el rendimiento, ajustar estrategias, definir procesos y coordinar soporte postventa para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.Liderar proyectos y asegurar la alineación entre áreas clave para una ejecución eficiente.Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración con socios internos y externos desde la etapa del desarrollo hasta el lanzamiento al mercado.- **OFRECEMOS**:Sueldo base de $60,000 a $80,000 brutos mensuales.Bono semestral por cumplimiento de KPI'sPrestaciones superiores a las de la ley.Aguinaldo de 30 días.21 días de vacaciones.Fondo de ahorro de $4,291Vales de despensa de $3,300.Vales de gasolina de $2,500Vales de restaurante de $1,228Ayuda en telecomunicaciones de $500Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores.Seguro de Vida.**Horario**:- De 10:00am a 6:30pm ó de 9:00 a 5:00pm**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Telecomunicaciones**Habilidades**:- Responsable.- Resolución de problemas.- Negociación.
