**Position Summary****Your Role**- Define and prepare internal audit and communication plan- Ensure process monitoring in accordance with ISO system requirements- Identification and communication of the non-conformity process.- Validation of the corrective action process.- Coordination of management review boards of EHS metrics and audit results**Your Background**- Industrial, environmental or related engineering- 5 years of experience as an EHS supervisor/coordinator- Extensive knowledge of legal requirements regarding Health and Safety- Extensive knowledge of legal requirements in environmental matters- Experience in implementation and monitoring of ISO 14001, ISO 45001,- Experience in conducting internal audits of ISO 14001, ISO 45001,- Knowledge of PDCA analysis methodologies, 5 Whys, SWOT, Fish Diagram, etc.- Training programs on EHS related topics- ease of speech- Teamwork- Sense of urgency- Activity coordination skills- English 80%- Microsoft office management- Personnel Management- Self-directed**Aptiv Rewards & Advantages**- Competitive compensation package.- Learning, professional growth and development in a world recognized international environment.- Access to internal & external training, coaching & certifications.- Recognition for innovation and excellence.- Opportunities to give back to the community.- Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world.**Some see differences.
