**HR Coordinator****Location**: Remote**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.- ** Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.- ** Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.- ** Employee Support**: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.- ** Event Coordination**: Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.- ** Policy Development**: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- ** Employee Relations**: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.- ** Attendance and Leave Management**: Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.- ** Documentation Management**: Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.- ** HR Systems Management**: Manage HR-related software systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.- ** Expense and Budget Tracking**: Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.- Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS).- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.- High level of discretion and confidentiality.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**Benefits**:- Competitive salary in USD- 100% remote- Paid time off- Professional development and training opportunities- A collaborative and inclusive work environment
