Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**:**Key Responsibilities**:As a **Record to Report Associate**, you’ll be responsible for:- Managing and maintaining the organization's financial records and transactions related to general accounting, general ledger, projects, and/or government accounting, by following procedures, guidelines, accounting policies, and control processes, ensuring accuracy of accounts.- Compiling financial information to record transactions, preparing reports, and completing reviews to report accurate information.- Establishing tables of accounts and assigning entries to proper accounts to ensure proper documentation.- Preparing month-end journal entries and assisting in account reconciliation, projects, and internal and external audits.- Researching technical accounting issues for compliance and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
