ObjetivoAsegurar que los procesos de producción fluyan sin retrasos, que haya visibilidad clara de cargas y capacidades, y que toda la operación (corte-maquila-empacado) esté sincronizada con las fechas de entrega al cliente.**Experiência**Idealmente, alguien que ya haya trabajado en:- Empresas de moda, confección o manufactura têxtil.- Puestos como **planeador de producción**, **coordinador de operaciones**, **supply planner**, **master scheduler** o **PPC (Production Planning & Control)**.**2. Conocimientos técnicos**Debe dominar:- **Planificación de carga y capacidad** (corte, maquileros, bordado/estampado si aplica).- **Control de inventarios** (telas, avíos, terminado).- **Ruteo de órdenes de producción**.- **ERP / MRP**: saber alimentarlo y extraer reportes.- **Análisis de tiempos estándar y eficiencia** (no nível ingeniería, pero sí práctico).- **Excel intermedio-avanzado**.**3. Habilidades clave**- Orden y seguimiento impecable.- Capacidad para anticiparse a problemas.- Comunicación con maquileros clara y firme.- Capacidad analítica para convertir datos en decisiones.- Trabajo bajo presión sin perder precisión.**4.
