**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop product ideas based on customer interests.- Create rough product designs using sketches and computer software.- Conduct theoretical testing on design models.- New products reverse Engineering.- Create full product designs and specifications using computer software modeling techniques.- Select product materials and design the product manufacturing process.- Oversee assembly and ensure that products conform to market specifications and safety regulations.- Testing product prototypes to adjust design flaws.- Evaluating the product prototype to identify potential safety hazards.- Analyze feasibility, cost, and return on investment for product ideas.- Receive and analyze engineering changes (ECOs).- Designs repair processes and lay-outs, develops work instructions, BOMs, testing, and packaging for integration to production.- Interfaces with others on a regular basis to provide technical support to other departments.- Ensures timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Industrial Electronic Engineer.- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Product Engineer- Bilingual English-Spanish- Visa laser available- Experience with AutoCAD, LabView, SolidWorks- Lean Six Sigma experience.- A+ Software/Hardware preferred.- Proficient knowledge of ESD, through-hole, SMT, BGA, color coding, rework, and soldering.- Must be able to use tools and work aids such as but not limited to oscilloscopes, DMM, soldering and de-soldering equipment and other industry standard test equipment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno matutinoEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Product Engineer: 3 años (Deseable)- A+ Software/Hardware (plus): 3 años (Deseable)- ESD Knowledge: 3 años (Deseable)- SMT: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés 85% (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- USA visa (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
