Seguimiento diario de planes de acción derivado de auditorías externas e internas para asegurar un cumplimiento a Normas internacionales y locales. Mantiene un sistema de control documental robusto y actualizado asi como una buena gestión de riesgos mediante control de cambios. Soporte general en temas de Food safety.**Un día en la vida de...**- Liderar y/o participar en reuniones operacionales (SHO, CL, WOR, PreDor) asegurando el seguimiento a planes de acción y adherencia a indicadores.- Planificación de auditoría interna integral- Seguimiento a planes de acción y NC derivados de auditorias internas, externas, CTT, Moc, DMS- Seguimiento a sistema NCMS- Capacitación a personal de planta en sistemas de calidad e inocuidad- Seguimiento a 5s´s de planta**Lo que te hará exitoso**- Ingeniería terminada.- Disponibilidad para trabajar en fines de semana y cualquier turno.- Uso de paquetería MS Office nível intermedio (Excel, Word, PP.- Inglés nível intermedio.- Conocimientos de procesos en mejora continua, solución de problemas y gestión de proyectos.- Experiência en implementación de TPM- Experiência en implementación y seguimiento de control documental- Experiência como auditor líder en ISO 9001 y en normas internacionales como FSSC22000, ISO 14001- Experiência en gestión de personal- Experiência en implementación y seguimiento de Moc y CTT- Experiência en liderar auditorias internas y externas, asi como seguimiento de planes de acción y NC
