Con el respaldo de YCombinator, fondos institucionales y una serie de inversores ángeles de alto perfil en Silicon Valley y América Latina, estamos ampliando nuestro equipo en busca de los mejores talentos de la región para unirse a nuestra misión.Ofrecemos a los cargadores y transportistas que trabajan con nosotros servicios de corretaje de carga digital para envíos nacionales y soluciones modernas de gestión de transporte, impulsadas por el mejor talento, datos y servicios financieros diseñados para el transporte comercial del futuro.**What you’ll be doing**:- Programación de conductores para realizar entregas de carga o recoger envíos- Planificación de rutas predeterminadas y adaptación de cambios de ruta según sea necesario- Mantener registros de llamadas despachadas, rutas de conductores, cambios de ruta, así como tiempos de entrega y recogida- Registro de cronogramas de envío de clientes y quejas.- Resolver problemas logísticos y ejecutar contingencias de acuerdo a las circunstancias- Seguimiento de reparaciones de camiones y programas de mantenimiento.- Hacer un seguimiento de las leyes y reglamentos de transporte para garantizar que los conductores de camiones cumplan.- Elaboración de documentos de despacho, así como generación de albaranes y facturas de flete.- Comunicarse con los clientes sobre los detalles del flete, los tiempos de entrega o recogida y las solicitudes de manejo especial.**You should have**:- 3-5 años de experiência laboral en Dispatcher- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita- Capacidad para priorizar y prosperar dentro de los plazos en un entorno acelerado- Emprendedor sin miedo a buscar recursos para hacer el trabajo- Fuerte juicio comercial y habilidades analíticas con gran atención a los detalles- Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones- Dispuesto a trabajar en un ambiente altamente emprendedor y orientado al equipo.- Ética de trabajo impulsada por los resultados, ejemplificada por la priorización y la atención continua persistente para ver los proyectos hasta su finalización exitosa**What do we offer?**- Law benefits- 100% Remote working model- 15 days PTO- Christmas bonus- Major medical insurance- Wi Fi and electricity bonus- Stock options plan
