Client: Our client is a leading company in the airline industry in Latin America, committed to innovation and delivering seamless customer experiences through cutting-edge digital platforms.- This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Developers, Business Experts, Business Analysts, Data, UX, and Technical Leads) as well as external Cloud Delivery teams.- Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.- Componentize UI elements ensuring consistency with the design system.- Integrate REST APIs and work with BFF (Backend for Frontend) services.- Ensure accessibility standards are followed across all developments.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with unit and E2E tests.- Perform code reviews, support CI/CD processes, and follow secure coding practices.- Partner with UX/Product teams to iterate on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation (A/B testing).- Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices.- 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development.- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, Git, and responsive design.- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.- Proven track record with Design Systems and UI componentization.- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (unit and E2E).- Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.- Good spoken Spanish.- Nice to have: Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.- Knowledge of TypeScript and frontend testing frameworks.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum environments.- Experience in customer-centric industries such as travel, ecommerce, or fintech.- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to build relationships.- Good spoken English.
