**Description**- **This position is for all Latin America**_We are looking for a Paralegal with Personal Injury experienceA Paralegal performs a variety of tasks to support lawyers including maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.**Job Tasks**:- Draft and file documents in court- Request medical bills/records- Prepare notices and schedule depositions- Write demand letters- Write letters of representations and motions- Coordinate with opposing counsels and medical practitioners- Sort documents in case folders- Create a record chart and record summary for each client case- Draft pleadings and petitions- Draft Petitions and Discovery**Requirements**:- **A Bachelor’s degree is required; Law graduate or currently in Law School**:- Personal Injury law experience is required- With a solid knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedure, and substantive law- Understands the principles of legal writing- Knowledge of attorney-client relationships applicable to the performance of major duties and responsibilities of the position- Master skills in basic principles, concepts, and methodology of legal proceedings and legal research- Excellent English oral and written communication skills- Has exceptional organizational skills and is able to multi-task- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up.- Proficient command of the English language in both oral and written format- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of the company, the firm, and its clients- Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule- **Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 or above) internet connection of at least 10 Mbps****Benefits****Hourly rate**: USD $6 to $7 per hour (Based on skills and experience)- Permanent and Stable WFH employment.- Competitive Compensation and Benefits.- Performance Incentives.- Healthcare Assistance after 6 months of employment.- Monthly Internet Subsidy after 3 months of employment (USD $25).- **IMPORTANT: Please Submit your Resume in English.**_Pay: $107.00 - $125.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- The salary range will be $6 - $7 USD per hour (40 hours per week) do you agree with that?- Are you ok working on Pacific Standard Time?- Do you feel comfortable talking, writing and listening in English fluently to a native speaker?
