Our mission is to bridge opportunities between highly qualified professionals and international companies across Mexico, LATAM, and the U.S.We are looking for talent for the position**:Sr Python BackEnd Developer****Experience**:- 7+ years of experience in software development with Python.- Knowledge of migrations.- Hands-on experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.- Proficiency in databases and cloud technologies (AWS).- Familiarity with tools such as Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB.- Ability to design resilient components in distributed systems.- Experience working in multicultural environments and global teams.- Desirable: Previous experience in financial institutions, banking, or Fintech.**Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend services in Python.- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables.- Participate in architecture decisions and define technical best practices.- Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.- Perform automated testing and contribute to code coverage.- Support system migration processes and legacy code refactoring.- Document technical processes, data flows, and architectural decisions.- Communicate effectively in English with global and multicultural teams.**Language**: Advanced conversational English (able to interact effectively with international teams).**Work Location**: Remote.**We offer**:- Competitive salary.- Bonuses: Punctuality and attendance.- Legal benefits: IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation.- Additional benefits: life insurance, funeral expenses insurance, major medical insurance, dental plan, minor medical expenses coverage.
