Frontend Software Engineer

Italic is creating a world of luxury without labels. We believe that luxury today is exclusionary and all about marketing that hurts its customers and manufacturers. Our mission is to create a new model that enables manufacturers to bypass the legacy luxury supply chain and deliver luxury goods with equivalent or better quality directly to consumers. Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value.**Responsibilities**:- Development_- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality- Collaboration_- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback- Process Improvement_- Continuously improve frontend software development processes and methodologies, preferably with experience in modern frontend development tools such as Webpack or Rollup and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX- Familiarity with concepts such as performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design is a plus**Requirements**:- Soft Skills:_- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Positive attitude and willingness to learn- Technical Skills:_- Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend software development- Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies and frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js- Familiarity with modern frontend development tools such as Webpack or Rollup- Experience with frontend development libraries and frameworks such as Redux or MobX- Understanding of frontend development principles, architectures, and best practices- Mentality:_- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines- Passion for frontend software development and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies**Culture**- Great Brands Start With Great People_Our culture focuses on performance, integrity, and longevity.
