It’s a dynamic, fast paced, solutions-focused start-up environment that brings client and agency closer together to co-create more effective and efficient work.**Role mission**Working in partnership with our client, the Integrated Project Manager will manage end-to-end processes on digital marketing and social media projects directly with the client and our internal and offshore creative team.- Identify, measure and report on relevant project performance metrics/KPIs- Coordinate project activities in a matrix environment to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality, enabling benefits realization.- Campaign implementation processes.- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution.- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved.**SKILLS**- 4-5 years’ experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of marketing and social media.- Strong proven project management skills and experience.- Knowledge of the campaign implementation process.- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Information and data management skills.- Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports.- Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects.- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once.- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.**Experience and Eduacation**:- English Level: Advanced in Writing and Listening.
