Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.**Job Purpose**:**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the implementation of the safety, health and environmental management system, as well as the activities necessary to safeguard the company's tangible assets- Investigate the possible causes of any incident or accident that has or may have an impact on physical or material damage to personnel, the company and the environment in order to prevent recurrence in the future.- Reduce the frequency and accident rate of accidents that occur at the Plant, as well as the frequency of occupational diseases, with the aim of reducing the Risk Premium calculated by the IMSS.- Designate the ideal EEP for the different activities and operations carried out in the company; as well as to supervise the proper use by the personnel, in order to mitigate the effects on the workers and manage the rational use of said equipment.- Maintain the Emergency Committee and the DANA Emergency Brigades functional, administering training and skills, which respond to any emergency that may arise in the company or in the area, in order to ensure the physical integrity of the personnel, the facilities and the Environment.- To administer the training and training of personnel on issues related to industrial safety, hygiene and the environment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.Unsolicited Resumes from Third-Party Recruiters
