Analyst II- Transactional Services

Full‑time hybrid role for Reinsurance Accounting and Claims based in Mexico City, Mexico. The role involves managing financial statements, working in accounting, premium and claim processing and collections, applying finance and analytical skills. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial and claims‑related processes. While the role is primarily office‑based, some work‑from‑home days are flexible. Responsibilities Know and comply with US market regulations in reinsurance. Have knowledge of proportional and non‑proportional reinsurance. Proficiency in managing financial statements and performing premium and claims processing. Familiarity with contract law and regulatory controls. Have knowledge of slips (claims from various reinsurers). Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and markets. Follow up on activities that are in progress. Experience with accounting and finance‑related activities. Experience in treaty reinsurance. Committed to mentoring colleagues and consistently delivering superior client service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in the reinsurance industry. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Advanced database management (experience with Power BI desirable). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail in task completion. Preferred Skills Strong analytical skills essential for various tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
